Detailed information
This suite of products allows the FSP to increase revenue through fee offerings and consumer-initiated ACH Transfers, and facilitates customer and deposit acquisition through Intuit's data consolidation technology, account opening, and the associated CRM tools. With CustomerCentral's user identity and account ownership verification, the FSP can deliver interbank money movement and payment services at lower cost and lower risk than with traditional methods.
The CustomerCentral eFinance Suite is all about acquiring customers, increasing customer satisfaction, and growing earnings for the FSP. The suite is deployed at some of the largest financial institutions and service providers in the world, and is integrated with many Internet banking technologies, including Corillian, Financial Fusion, Microsoft, Weblogic, and Websphere application platforms.
All CustomerCentral modules are built on the CustomerCentral Enterprise server, which provides a common infrastructure and data exchange for the eFinance Suite, allowing CustomerCentral modules to "plug-in" after the initial installation:
Hardware Security Module (HSM) for FIPS 140 level 3 encryption support, the same as ATM PINs. |
Data consolidation engine to consolidate third-party information or affinity partner information, such as affinity brokerage, mortgage, or credit card, and make available to all CustomerCentral applications. |
Common messaging and data architecture to allow shared back office integration and data exchange across all CustomerCentral applications. |
